Please allow 7 – 15 business days for delivery of your order if US domestic. Please allow 12 – 20 business days for international orders depending on each country’s customs inspection and postal delivery practices.
If you haven’t received your package within 30 days if within United States or 45 days if outside United States, please do let us know so that we can help you. If you fail to report it to us, we won’t be able to help file a claim with the carrier to find your package.
If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to resend your package. Please be careful when you enter your shipping address.
We may offer Free Shipping during promotions and this will usually be announced throughout the store.
STANDARD PAYMENTS FOR SHIPPING
US Order: You pay $4.99
You may add an item to your cart to check the shipping price before checking out.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will be emailed a tracking number to check your package status once it is shipped.
International Order: You pay $7.99
International orders are sent with DHL, ePacket or UPS’s bound delivery tracking. Once it leaves the US, upon arrival at your country, it will go through Customs Clearance and tax duty assignments. As a buyer and a citizen, you are responsible for any requirements from your government regarding the merchandise that you ordered. After that, your post office will sort and deliver the package to your purchase order’s shipping address.
Due to international Customs regulations, the declared values of your merchandise must match the purchased prices or your package will not be released to you until duty tax is paid.
If you have not received your package, please take time and do the following:
Verify your address. Make sure the address you put in “shipping address” is actually the place where you want your package shipped. It sounds silly, but some customers really do type in the wrong address!
Check your tracking number. It was emailed to you when the package was shipped.
Talk to your mail man as well as the post office.
Check with your family members or housemates to see if anyone may have grabbed it for you.
Check with your neighbor to see if the package was delivered to the wrong address by accident.
If all else has failed, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and full name.
PLEASE NOTE: Cecilily is not responsible for refunding your money if you deny acceptance of your package at Customs, if you deny the package from your local post office, or if you gave us the wrong shipping address. You are fully responsible for the shipping address provided to us at the time the order was placed.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All requests exchanges and returns should be raised within 30 days of the invoice date of US based orders, and 40 days for overseas orders. All requests for returns would need to be made online at www.cecilily.com for both local and overseas deliveries.
We have a flexible return policy and are very happy to help you choose something else and ship it back to you free of charge. We are happy to offer a refund on any items returned to us in perfect condition, unused, with tags within 30 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty or defective items without use may be returned within 30 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.
2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
2.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
2.2 Kindly print and fill up the Contact Form here and follow the steps emailed to you for your exchange.
2.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
2.4 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready. Generally, the processing period is 5 working days after receipt of your parcel.
2.5 All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers or to your Credit card. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used for your next purchase online. It can be exchanged for cash whenever you need to cash out.
2.6 Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
2.7 If any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, cecilily.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange of item(s) of similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of cecilily.com.
2.8 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 For all items that are returned and exchanged, transactions can only be made once.
3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
3.4 Cecilily makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of quality or compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose
3.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trade) Act of The United States
